How it works
Who we are.
We are a team of consultants specializing in the relief of SDLT for un-inhabitable properties based on the recent case ruling of Bewley Vs HMRC. In the ruling, it was determined that residential property that isn’t suitable for use as a dwelling at the time of completion should be classified for Stamp duty land tax purposes as non-residential.
We operate on a ‘No Win No Fee’ basis.
In the case of a successful claim, our service charge is 30% + VAT of the total rebate and interest received.
Our minimum fee is £1,000 + VAT.
Note. HMRC has an allowance to revisit claims within 9 months of pay-outs.
